1Does PFV Industrial, Inc. sell to the general public?
Yes! We welcome walk-in customers and are happy to assist Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30pm if you stop by our office. We have a fully stocked warehouse and a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff that can answer your questions. Unlike many other warehouses, we are happy to have you look around our inventory with one of our team members.
2Do you have a minimum order?
No, we DO NOT have a minimum purchase for will-call or pick-up sales. And if we are in your area, most items can be delivered - regardless of purchase amount.
3Can you help if I’m not sure what I need?
Of course! We have dedicated and knowledgeable sales staff with many years of experience working in the PVC industry. If we do not have what you need in stock, we can typically find it and have it to you within days.
4How do I request a free quote for pipes, valves, fittings, and other materials?

5Can I purchase products online?
Since most of our products have job specifications with many components, we do not offer E-commerce at this time. However, you can call, fax, or email your order anytime.
6What kind of pipe do you have in stock?
We stock Schedule 40, Schedule 80, CPVC, DWV, and CPVC CTS pipes.

7What is the quality of the pipe that you sell?
All of our pipe meets ASTM standards. The American Society for Testing and Materials provides manufacturing standards that cover a broad range of uses for commercial, industrial, and residential piping systems.
8What is the best way to get my pipes, valves, fittings, and other materials?
Pick-up or Delivery: whatever is more convenient for you! If you need it very quickly and our trucks aren’t available, we are happy to arrange for faster delivery with a third-party logistics company and charge it to your order.
9Can I have my pipes, valves, and fittings, delivered on the same-day or next-day that I order it?
Yes! We will work with you to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, whether we use our own trucks or a third-party delivery service. We strive to offer next day delivery in most cases so you can keep your projects moving.
10When I make an order for pipes and materials in advance, when can I pick it up?
If the material is in stock, you can pick your order up within an hour in most cases. We are happy to pull your order on the spot if you don’t have time to call ahead.
11What can I do if I need pipe NOW?
Call or stop by and we will take care of your needs immediately! Even if you need it within the hour, the same day or next day, we are happy to help.
12Do you offer any customization?
Yes, we can provide special fabrication using most of the products we sell and stock.
13What is your shipping and delivery policy?
PVF Industrial offers free delivery, Monday-Friday, throughout the State of Florida when our trucks are available. If you need it very quickly and our trucks aren’t available, we are happy to arrange for faster delivery with LTL Service, UPS, or Federal Express, and charge it to your order. We will do our best to limit the cost whenever possible. Your Sales Representative will work with you to determine the best options to meet your needs.
14What is your cancellation / refund policy?
We understand there are times when there is surplus inventory or there are incorrect parts. We will work to provide credit for any items that are undamaged and deemed to be re-saleable. However, due to the unverified storage conditions once it has left our shop, we can not take returns on pipe. Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
15What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Net 30 payment terms to customers who qualify for credit. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Wire Transfer and ACH Payments.
16How do I get my credit approved with PVF Industrial, Inc.?

TAMPA & JACKSONVILLE - Our Tampa warehouse is centrally located between I-75, I-4 and the Crosstown Expressway. Our address is: 425 Hobbs Street Tampa, Florida 33619. The Jacksonville location is near the intersection of I 295 & I 10 at 558 Stuart Lane.
